Feedback is sought from families, social workers, police, health, education and the young people themselves. This is recorded in both Regulation 73 and Regulation 80 reports. Children have monthly house meetings, as well as daily key working sessions.

Engagement with people using the service
Consultations took place with health, education, police, social care, families of those in our care, children and young people, these were gained from email, telephone calls as well as face to face meetings with those that use the service, such as during home visits, CYP meetings and key working sessions. These have been recorded during regulation 73 visits, as well as through regulation 80 recordings.

The children have keyworkers, social workers and advocates. Children's meeting are held As part of Regulation 73 and 80 feedback is sought for parents, family members, staff, social workers, health workers education workers and any other stakeholder. Staff attend weekly meetings and supervision's

Not Inspected - Strong Internal ChecksAlthough we were not inspected by Care Inspectorate Wales during the reporting period, we regularly review the care and support we provide. These reviews give us confidence people are receiving safe, person-centred care which meets their needs and supports their wellbeing.We are confident our service meets the standards set out under section 27(1) of the 2016 Act.
